Peace & Relaxation Through Sound Meditation!
Many cultures and traditions have used a variety of sound meditation and healing methods to create a balance in the body and mind. Vibrations generated by specific instruments, such as crystal bowls and gongs, can shift states of consciousness, alter brain wave patterns, and calm the nervous system. Energy Psychology, Qigong, and Yoga approaches also suggest that these frequencies can help cleanse and stabilize the subtle energy body. Sound Meditation is a technique that often leads to a number of positive benefits, including feelings of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Classes will include instruction in breathwork, gentle yoga, and grounding.
Individual and group sessions are available and are offered by licensed psychologists who are also Qigong or Yoga Instructors.
