Jeff’s Story…
Dr. Jeff Tarrant is a licensed psychologist, board-certified neurofeedback specialist, and researcher with over two decades of clinical and research experience studying the brain's capacity for change. He is the founder of the NeuroMeditation Institute, Director of Psychic Mind Science, Executive Director of the Expanded States of Consciousness Research Institute (ESCRI), and Chief Neuroscientist at 40 Years of Zen, where he applies advanced quantitative EEG and neurofeedback methods within one of the most intensive brain-training programs in the world.
Dr. Tarrant's forthcoming book, Rewired: A Brain Hacker's Guide to Peak Performance, Longevity, and Expanded Potential, brings this expertise to a broader audience — offering a practical, science-grounded framework for optimizing brain function, drawing on neurofeedback and a wide range of emerging technologies at the leading edge of brain-based performance.
Through his private coaching practice, Dr. Tarrant works one-on-one with high-performing clients seeking measurable improvements in focus, resilience, and longevity. He builds individualized protocols grounded in each client's own quantitative EEG data, combining neurofeedback with meditative-state training to sharpen attention, regulate stress, and support sustained peak performance. For clients interested in exploring the further reaches of human potential, Dr. Tarrant applies this same evidence-based approach to the study and development of intuitive and expanded-awareness abilities — using EEG data to identify and train the underlying neural patterns, with the same rigor he brings to every other area of his work.
Dr. Tarrant is the author of Becoming Psychic and Meditation Interventions to Rewire the Brain. He played a key scientific role in the Telepathy Tapes podcast — one of the most listened-to podcast series of 2024 — and is featured in the forthcoming Telepathy Tapes documentary, as well as Superhuman 2.
